Our villas are 3 bedroom sister villas nearby but privacy isolated each other, both facilitated with private swimming pool with panoramic view of the sea and mountain. Enjoy the beautifull view of the sea from Nastazia beach villa. Sea view from the villa. Swimming Pool: Luxury swimming pool 5x 10 meters, 4 sun beds , 3 Sun-Umbrellas, garden table with 6 chairs. The pool has 2 Stairs: With Roman steps to the shallow end, suitable for the disabled and a ladder to the deep end. Hall: As all the old traditional building in Cyprus, Nastazia villa has a hall in the main entrance with small table and coffee tables. 3 Air-conditioners: There are 3 Air-Conditioning units, one on each bedroom and in the lounge area. 2 Bedrooms + Lounge: The one of the bedroom has a king size traditional bed. The other bedroom with sea view has also 2 traditional beds of 3'6''. There are 2 sofa bed of 3'6''at lounge area where you can use them for sleeping 2 person, as a 3rd bedroom. Pls note that the lounge area is isolated with kitchen, so you can use it as a bedroom without to be disturbed from other guests. Cots can be supplied on request. The villa can sleep 6 people in comfort (means that they use the lounge as a 3rd bedroom). Something individual for this villa: In the master bedroom there is a traditional fireplace. This makes a natural warm climate in the bedroom for the winter and also makes a good atmosphere for the romantics... Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Upstairs bedroom one has a double bed, the other has 2 beds of 3'6'' and the downstairs bedroom has also 2 beds of 3'6''. A baby cot is also available at the villa. Verandas and Garden: Each bedroom has a sea or mountain view veranda. The Lounge area where you can use as a 3rd bedroom has a large veranda with loggia and sea view. There are educate table and chairs for verandas. A lot of exceptional floor and trees are grown around the villa as the owner likes so much the gardening. Kitchen Fully equipped with: Fridge, Gas Hobs and fan, Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee maker, Tea maker, General kitchen utensils, also salt, pepper, toilet rolls etc. Other Facilities: Washing machine, Iron with ironing board, Hair dryer. Safety: First Aid kit, Fire fighting extinguishers. Easy access by steps for entering the pool. Dining Room: There is adequate seating for all guests in a traditional and expandable table for up to 10 persons. Living Room-Lounge: The lounge area is an isolated area from the kitchen, so comfortable can be used as a 3rd bedroom. This has the following furniture: 2 triple sofas (Each one can be converted to bed of 3'6'') coffee tables. Entertainment: TV 22'' with local channels located in the lounge area. Barbeque: A BBQ is been established in the outside area of the villa. There you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that we have all the machineries and equipments. Parking: There is ample parking in the villas plot for 2 or more cars. south side - parking side. Local Activities: Swimming or fishing near the villa (just 1-2 minutes walk!), walking, Cycling, water sports, local boat-cruises. Local Interest: Akamas Peninsula, Bath of Aphrodite (Goddess Venus), Latchi and Polis tourist attraction, Latsi & Pomos fishing harbors.
