Our villas are 3 bedroom sister villas nearby but privacy isolated each other, both facilitated with private swimming pool with panoramic view of the sea and mountain. Location: Paphos district area, near Polis. The villa is situated in the coastal village of Argaka 1500m from the beach. Swimming Pool: Private swimming pool 4x8 m with 1 ladder, also 6 sun-beds and 2 umbrellas. We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days or when necessary. Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Upstairs bedroom one has a double bed, the other has 2 beds of 3'6'' and the downstairs bedroom has also 2 beds of 3'6''. A baby cot is also available at the villa. Air-conditioners & Heating: There are 3 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating one in each bedroom. The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 2.50 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit. You may select on request any no. of units when you arrive at the villa. 3 Bathrooms with W/C: The 2 bedrooms upstairs has en-suite bathrooms with WC, bath with shower attachment, washbasin. The downstairs bedroom have the same facility as the other but is not en-suite, so can be also be used for that bedroom or can be shared. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen it make the villa more operational. Hobs and fan, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Griller, Tea maker, Coffee maker, Full set of kitchen utensils. Dining room: there is adequate seating for all quests. Living Room - Lounge: 1 triple sofa, 1 double sofa, 1 armchair, coffee tables. Other facilities: Washing machine for cloths, Iron with board, hair dryer, Safe box. There is a professional BBQ where you can put in the outside area of the villa to cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". Linen and Towels: Provided with villa's service once a week. Entertainment: TV 22'' with Satellite and local channels located in the lounge downstairs. Hi-fi system with CD player, cassette player and radio. Balconies, Verandas & Garden area: There are sea view balconies and verandas accessed by any bedroom. The area of garden and swimming pool has sea and mountain view. Time to go by car To central points/Amenities: Paphos Airport - 45 minutes Paphos City - 35 minutes Larnaca Airport - 2.5 Hours Nearest Supermarket and restaurant - 2 minutes Sea - 2 minute Latchi harbor & tourist attraction - 10 minutes Polis tourist attraction - 5 minutes Tsada Golf-ground - 25 minutes.
